A Recipe 58 Years in the Making

In 1968, PJ Sloan and his first cook, Leo Vermeulin, bought up chicken wings from local markets, back when most places considered them scrap.

What they created in that kitchen became the recipe that still runs today, unchanged after nearly six decades. Same breading. Same paper bag. Same flavor generations of Cresson families have been coming back for. That’s not nostalgia. That’s just how we do things here.

Ate there this evening for dinner with my mom, aunt and daughter. We all had wings and got the vegetable basket, and the spicy basket as appetizers. Everything was delicious! Staff was excellent and I love how the owner is so nice to everyone. He came over to our table and greeted us and talked to us like he knew us. The portions were huge. I give it 5 stars and will be returning in the near future to this fine establishment!!!!

Bob & staff, we placed a large order this evening and were very pleased with the entire meal. Food arrived fast, was very hot, and tasted FANTASTIC! Burgers were delicious, pizzas were full of delicious toppings, and the homemade chips with Cajun ranch were crunchy and spicy! Plus we ordered 2 unbaked pizzas for the freezer. Thank you for your wonderful food and service. The delivery service is great
